Marijuana Cannabis can no longer be considered a States’ Rights issue, just like the Civil War ended discussion of SLAVERY as a States’ Rights Issue.

The Hemp Lawn Farm on the Benson Pike in Shelbyville, Kentucky has a graveyard marked with simple stones.  On the farm were buried family members, slaves and civil war soldiers.
